"The fire alarm went off the night we stayed because someone was smoking in their room. They let us back in after a little bit we finally got settled into bed around 11pm and they went off again (to reset the system which would have been nice if they called the rooms to let people know it was going to go off again) Since we didn't know that my kids woke back up scared. The redeeming quality in all this experience was the Overnight manager. She was very calm and kind and settled us all down especially my son who was terrified and didn't want to stay at that point. They did end up refunding our stay without any issues."

"Needed a place to stay at the last minute. Even though there were no staff, we were able to make a reservation and get a room quickly and easily. Simple accommodations but it was a great stay!"
